Olivier Hoarau, le maire PLR du Port, a appelé à voter Jean-Luc Mélenchon. Il a été entendu et écouté. Le candidat de la France insoumise réalise un beau 38,03%. Cela le place en tête des suffrages dans cette commune à gauche depuis près d'un demi siècle et ancien fief du parti communiste qui lui aussi a appelé à voter pour Jean-Luc Mélenchon. Emmnuel Macron est troisième (16,22%) etn François Fillon quatrième (12,27%)
